From 17 to 21 November 2025, the 6th edition of the Space Advanced Course (SAC) was held at the Diagora Labège Convention Centre in Toulouse. Produced and organised by the Military Space Operations Training Centre (CFOSM), this course provides trainees with a basic level of knowledge on space technologies and military space operations. It brought together 82 trainees from the Space Command (CDE) and its partners.

Led by a panel of experts in the space field (CDE, Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales [CNES], Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique [FRS], Aerospace Valley, Thales, etc.), the lectures provided a comprehensive overview of the defence space sector and highlighted the synergy between the players in the ecosystem. This training course provided an opportunity for fruitful exchanges between trainees and speakers and helped to expand the community of Space Advanced Course alumni, which is now a unique and recognised national training programme in the field of military space.
