Attack on low-orbit French satellites

An enemy anti-satellite capability targets a French satellite in low orbit. With extreme speed, French space operators initiate an emergency avoidance manoeuvre. This race against time allows the satellite to be moved out of the enemy's line of fire and to continue providing strategic images to ORION. The success of this last-minute operation demonstrates the remarkable responsiveness of French space forces. It also confirms the need to strengthen the means of defending national space interests in the face of growing anti-satellite threats.

Attack against French satellite telecommunications capabilities

France reacts immediately to the enemy's attack on its national satellite telecommunications capabilities. National space capabilities are mobilised to counter the offensive through coordinated manoeuvres. This response enabled France to regain the initiative in the space conflict. It demonstrated France's ability to defend its strategic interests and highlighted the crucial importance of having autonomous space capabilities to deal with rapidly multiplying threats. This operation reinforced France's position as a major player in space defence, capable of responding decisively to provocations.
