MEDIAS / MEDIAS

 > Les médias seront accueillis au media centre durant toute la durée de l’exercice (du 22 au 29 juin), à l’exception du 24 juin selon les modalités d’accès et d’inscription définies (§ SECURITE).

 > They will be welcomed at the media centre all along the exercise (from the 22nd to the 29th of June), except the 24th. Please read access and registration procedures at § Security.

ACCES à MAILLY-LE-CAMP / ACCESS

 > Par la route (environ 2h30 de Paris) autoroute A26 sortie SOMMESOUS (pour le GPS, entrer « Mailly-le-Camp », il existe un « Mailly-en-Champagne »).
- Par le train, gares SNCF de CHALONS-EN-CHAMPAGNE ou TROYES ; récupération et retour en gare possible.
- En avion par l’aéroport de VATRY, où les aéronefs militaires peuvent se poser.
- Une zone de poser d’hélicoptères sera activée directement sur le camp.

 > You can drive to MAILLY-LE-CAMP through highway A26. Exit “SOMMESOUS”.
- When using a GPS device, beware entering the right « MAILLY-LE-CAMP » (there is also a place called « Mailly-en-Champagne »)
- You can take a train from Paris (East Station – Gare de l’Est) to SNCF stations of CHALONS-ENCHAMPAGNE or TROYES; ask for being picked up at the station.
- There is an airport called VATRY where military aircrafts may land.
- An helo landing zone will be set up right in MAILLY-LE-CAMP.

SECURITE / SECURITY

 > Vous devez répondre à l’invitation envoyée ou contacter la cellule relation presse (pour les journalistes) afin d’être enregistré.
- Une pièce d’identité valide avec photographie sera demandée lors de l’in-processing.
- Le bâtiment de l’in-processing permettant de réaliser les formalités d’accueil sera indiqué à l’entrée du camp.
- L’utilisation du téléphone portable pourra être restreinte sur certains sites.

 > Please RSVP in order to be registered.
- You will have to show a valid ID with picture.
- The in-processing area will be indicated from the Camp entrance.
- The use of cell phones may be restricted in some areas.

TENUE / DRESS CODE

 > Pour les militaires français : TDF avec chemisette.

 > Service Dress without coat (the French will wear a short sleeve shirt, open collar, with medals).
