Albeit far from exhaustive, the present section is a compilation of legal documents highlighting legal aspects specific to the Ministry of Defence.

- le Bulletin Officiel REALisé sous forme Electronique (BOREALE) (official journal in electronic form). To ensure that correct information regarding the law is available at all times, in all places and under all circumstances and also to ensure that texts are enforced, the Ministry of Defence has been equipped with a modern publishing tool.
- the Defence Law which brings together all the texts relative to general organisation, assignments, military personnel and internal Defence procedures.
- a presentation of the Law of Armed Conflict As an armed forces professional, each French serviceperson needs to be familiar with a set of human, cultural and technical parameters.
