The Delegation for Strategic Affairs organized in Paris July 13th, 2011 a seminar on European capabilities. The seminar comes as part of the initiative to Weimar for the revival of Europe of Defense, launched by Poland, Germany and France in December 2010. Linked with the priorities of the Polish presidency on issues of security and defense, its purpose was to stimulate thinking about the expected gains from cooperation in the Europe of Defense.+ view the Galery Mr. Gérard Longuet,French Minister of Defense, opened the seminar and Mr. Zbigniew Wlosowicz, Polish Secretary of Defense, conducted its closure. Mr. Christian Schmidt, German Secretary of Defense hosted a luncheon on the theme of "risk of decommissioning strategy of Europe."The seminar was attended by high-level personalities from political and military, institutional and industrial worlds.
